Pak Fan
Pakfan Company was founded in 1974 by the late Engineer Mansour Ahmadi Nadoshan, a graduate with a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tehran University. From the outset, the company aimed to create an effective connection between science, academia, and the food industry in Iran.
Engineer Ahmadi, who played a pivotal role in the advancement of Iran’s food industry, not only founded Pakfan Company but also left a remarkable legacy of scientific and professional achievements. He taught at prestigious universities such as Shahid Beheshti and Tarbiat Modares University, specializing in cereals, and played a key role in the development of wheat and flour standards. Additionally, his scientific consulting work for well-known brands like Vitana, Naan Qods Razavi, and Anata, as well as the establishment of Nam Nik Company with the popular brand Ashna, are among his notable contributions.
Pakfan Company, in line with its commitment to improving the quality standards of food products, has introduced specialized laboratory equipment from the best global brands to the food industry. The company has secured exclusive representation agreements with reputable European companies, such as Brabender (Germany), a designer and manufacturer of rheology instruments; Stable Microsystems (UK), a manufacturer of texture analyzers; and Novasina (Switzerland), a producer of water activity measurement devices. Pakfan has consistently worked towards enhancing the quality of food products across various industries.
In the field of raw material supply, Pakfan has obtained exclusive representation of Mühlenchemie (Germany), and supplies a variety of enzymes used in the flour, bread, bakery products, and pasta industries, aiming to improve and optimize the quality of these products.
Pakfan has also based its mission on scientific consulting and the localization of knowledge in the country. Through the organization of seminars and specialized training courses at universities and reputable research centers, the company continuously strives to advance knowledge and expertise in the flour and flour-based products industry.
More than half a century after its founding, the memory and legacy of Engineer Ahmadi continue to live on in the industry.
