Like previous years, Pakfan participated in the Agrofood exhibition, which was held in Tehran from July 28 to 30, 2018.
At the booth, we were welcomed by Mr. Juergen Willmann, Sales Manager of Brabender Company.
This year, Brabender’s new technology (GlutoPeak device), which was first introduced in Iran during a conference in December last year, was exhibited at the booth and technical and specialized information about this device was presented to experts, which was very well received by experts and visitors. The effectiveness of this device in measuring the quality of Iranian wheat is being studied in various factories and its results will be announced later.

Farinograph : The oldest and most accurate technology available for measuring flour water absorption and its mixing properties. Extensograph : An accurate and powerful tool for examining dough conditions during different resting periods. Suitable for examining the properties of different flours and their compatibility with the desired final product characteristics.
Amylograph : An accurate viscometer that provides cooking conditions for the starch in the flour by gradually increasing the temperature in the mixing vessel and shows its properties during cooking.
Texture Analyzer: A highly accurate and flexible tool for examining the physical properties of various materials.
Water activity: an efficient device for extending the shelf life of food and medicine
43 years of cooperation, meetings with dear Iranian customers, and the transfer of scientific information and new technologies by scientific experts from the top brands producing specialized laboratory devices were among the achievements of this exhibition.
