Brabender GmbH equips National nutrition and food technology research institute/Shahid Beheshti University with new rheological equipment for the baking laboratory.

We are proud for extension the agreement after 35years

Iran with high consumption of bread and Bakery products , pay attention to the quality of flour and bread.

Because of  the importance of determine rheological properties of flour and dough for produce high quality product , installation 3 phase system include Junior Mill in the university is an important movement for upgrade the level of science of student and Research for improvement in flour and bakery product.

National nutrition and food technology research institute/Shahid Beheshti University , is one of the best institute for research and development center in Iran which installed Farinograph in the university 35 years ago.

Now  Brabender started new agreement and cooperation with this institute again and installed Farinograph E, Extensograph E, Amylograph E, Quadrumat Junior Mill in Pilot plant of the university.

Devices were installed by Pak-Fan Sole agent of the company in Iran.
